Seasons Court is a PRIVATE gated community and its common area amenities, including but not limited to the swimming pool, tennis courts, grassy common areas, ingress/egress gates and roadways are for the use of its: (i) Owners, (ii) Residents, (iii) Family members and (iv) Invited Guest(s).
